Pablo Consuegra, P.Eng. LSSBB, PMP, SFC Agile, has extensive experience in driving business transformation and process optimization in various industries. Pablo has held roles such as Director of Business Transformation - Delivery Excellence at CIBC Mellon, where they led a high-performance team in implementing innovative solutions through process engineering and technology implementation. Pablo also served as Principal of Business Transformation - Operational Effectiveness | Intelligent Automation at Finastra, where they directed a global Center of Excellence team and delivered Process Engineering solutions and AI implementations, resulting in significant time savings for the business. Prior to that, they held leadership positions at Finastra, Mersen, and Royal Group Inc., where they focused on operational excellence, process optimization, and change management. Pablo Consuegra, P.Eng. LSSBB, PMP, SFC Agile has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Toronto Metropolitan University. Pablo also has a background in Engineering Technology from Sheridan College. Additionally, they obtained a Combat Engineering degree with a focus on Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from the Canadian Armed Forces. Pablo has obtained several certifications, including Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from VMEdu Inc., Professional Engineer (PE) from Professional Engineers Ontario, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) from Lean Six Sigma Canadian Group, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI Toronto Chapter.
