Rebecca Curtis has accumulated extensive experience in client technology and service roles, primarily at CIBC Mellon since September 2013, where Rebecca currently serves as Client Technology Adoption Manager. Previous positions at CIBC include Customer Service Representative and various roles in client integration and product management. Additionally, Rebecca volunteered with Focus for Ethnic Women and held a marketing internship with Students Offering Support. Early career experience at the City of Toronto as a Lifeguard and Assistant Instructor contributed to a solid foundation in customer service and community engagement.
