Meghan Shannon

Meghan Shannon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Indigenous markets and financial advisory services. Currently serving as a Director at CIBC since January 2019, Meghan has previously held roles as Senior Manager in Indigenous Markets and at Deloitte Canada as a Senior Associate in Financial Advisory/Trust Services. Meghan's career began with positions focused on trust services and capacity development for First Nations, including roles at the First Nations Financial Management Board and BC Provincial Government. With academic credentials that include a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Mathematics and ongoing Master's Degree studies in Community Development from the University of Victoria, Meghan is also well-trained in trust management through the National Aboriginal Trust Officers Association.
