Shikha Kanwar

Shikha Kanwar is an accomplished professional in wealth management operations, currently serving as Director, Wealth Management Operations Transformation at CIBC since April 2017. In this role, Shikha acts as Product Owner for the Unified Accounts program, overseeing the implementation of a new Portfolio Management system for Investment Advisors and providing strategic consultation on product vision and business strategy. Prior to this position, Shikha was Product Manager at CIBC Wood Gundy from September 2015 to April 2017, where responsibilities included managing fee-based products and enhancing marketing support for Investment Advisors. Shikha's career began at CIBC in various roles from August 2007 to November 2015. Shikha holds an Hon BSc from the University of Toronto and completed the Bridge to Business program at the Rotman School of Management.
