Jin Hwa Lee

Jin Hwa Lee currently serves as the Director of Business Process Optimization & Innovation at Air Canada, having held various roles within the company since November 2009, including Manager of New Product Development and Business Transformation Manager. Prior to this, Jin Hwa Lee co-founded an Ecommerce Startup from August 2019 to December 2021. Jin Hwa Lee possesses a strong background in project management and business transformation, with experience in driving cost-saving initiatives and new product commercialization. Jin Hwa Lee's educational qualifications include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from HEC Montréal, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from John Molson School of Business, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and certification as a US Certified Public Accountant.
