Shweta Singhal CLSC, CSM® is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project delivery and business strategy, currently serving as a Sr. Business Consultant at CIBC since May 2021. In this role, Shweta is responsible for the independent delivery of complex projects across various business lines and leads People Change Management initiatives. Prior to this, Shweta held the position of Transformation Manager at Emirates NBD from February 2013 to September 2020, where responsibilities included preparing business cases, executing high-priority projects, and ensuring alignment among internal and external stakeholders. Shweta's earlier experience includes roles at RMS as an Assistant Manager and Senior Risk Analyst, specializing in risk consulting and business analysis. Educational background includes a degree in Actuarial Science from the Institute of Actuaries in India and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
