Vassilis Foutsis

Vassilis Foutsis, MBA, MASc, PMP, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business banking and technology leadership at CIBC. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Banking, Contact Centres, and Client Account Management Technology, Vassilis previously held roles as Senior Director in QA and QA Transformation, as well as in Design and Service Quality, overseeing significant project portfolios and quality assurance functions. Vassilis has a strong educational background, including an MBA from Schulich School of Business, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and additional certifications in project management. Vassilis's career has demonstrated a commitment to optimization, transformation, and quality improvement across various technology and banking projects.
