Tom Lindén

Tom Lind currently serves as a Paper Operations Leader at Georgia Pacific, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Tom Lind spent seven years at International Paper, advancing through various positions including Area Process Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing safety and performance on paper machines, and Technical Assistant, which involved managing process changes and supporting daily operations. Earlier experience includes roles as Operations Maintenance Coordinator and Front Line Leader, as well as a Marketing Intern at Aramark and Team Manager at Chick-fil-A. Tom Lind also contributed to educational initiatives as Executive Director of DREAM Alabama while studying Chemical and Biological Engineering at the University of Alabama, graduating in 2017.
