Scott Winkel

Scott Winkel has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Scott currently holds the position of Chief Credit Officer at CIBM Bank, a role they began in January 2021. Prior to this, they served as EVP of Credit at CIBM Bank from October 2020 to January 2021.

Before joining CIBM Bank, Scott worked at Park Bank for a significant period. Scott held the position of First Vice President - Credit Administration from November 2018 to June 2020, where they effectively coordinated the Credit Administration function and maintained excellent relationships with senior leaders. Scott also held the roles of Vice President - Credit Administration from September 2015 to November 2018 and Director of Credit Review from May 2010 to September 2015 at Park Bank.

Prior to Park Bank, Scott worked at M&I Bank as a Loan Review Analyst from October 2006 to May 2010. Scott also gained experience at Community Bank and Trust as Bank President/Commercial Banker from May 2004 to April 2006, and at National Exchange Bank & Trust as a Loan Review Analyst from January 1999 to May 2004.

Scott began their career in the banking industry as a Credit Analyst at Firstar Bank in May 1996 and held the position until December 1998.

Scott Winkel's education history includes attending the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in 2016. Scott did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study during their time at CCL. Before that, from 1994 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Business Administration at Lakeland University. Prior to Lakeland University, they attended Trinity Christian College from 1992 to 1994, where they focused on Accounting but did not graduate or receive a degree.
