Caroline Filibes is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in financial leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Cibo Vita since January 2025, Caroline previously held the same title at HEATONIST and has demonstrated expertise in managing Finance & Accounting functions, overseeing audits, tax, and legal relationships, as well as fostering operational excellence. Notable prior roles include Vice President Finance at Hero Cosmetics and Sovos Brands, where Caroline led the development of strategic financial frameworks and P&L forecasting. Caroline's career began at Johnson & Johnson and included significant positions at Unilever and Nestlé, complemented by an MBA from Rutgers University.
