Wouter Nieuwenkamp

Wouter Nieuwenkamp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality and compliance management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Quality and Control Manager at CIBT since May 2023, Wouter previously held roles at gro-up from October 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included relationship management and customer contact quality assurance. Prior to that, Wouter was the Sales, Quality & Compliance Manager at Visa Service Desk from October 2020 to October 2021, and from November 2011 to October 2020, Wouter worked at CIBT as the Quality & Compliance Manager for Benelux. With a strong focus on quality control and procedure implementation, Wouter has consistently contributed to refining processes within the OPS department.
