Hope Foy

Hope Foy has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Hope started their career as a Congressional Intern at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation in 2014 and also served as a Political Action Chair at the NAACP College Chapter at Millersville University during the same period. In 2013, they worked as a College Intern for State Senator Vincent Hughes. Hope then joined the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 2015 as a Legislative Aide before transitioning to the role of Executive Assistant in 2016. Hope later became the District Office Director for the PA House Democratic Caucus in 2021. Additionally, they served as the 3rd Ward Democratic Committee Person and Ward Secretary for the 3rd Democratic Ward starting in 2018. Hope's most recent position is as an Assistant Director of Programs and Partners at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) since March 2022.

Hope Foy attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.
