Leo Ma

Leo Ma has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Leo co-founded Vouris in 2020 and served as the Chief Operating Officer. In 2023, they joined Novah, where they worked in the Product department. Leo also has experience as a founder, participating in the Founder's Cafe as an FC21 Fellow in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Blume Global from 2019 to 2020. Leo was also a co-founder of a stealth startup from 2018 to 2019. Before venturing into the startup world, they served as the CHRO at Purity Cosmetics (100% PURE) from 2015 to 2018. Leo's professional journey began in 2006 when they started working in Civil Affairs for the US Army. Leo later joined Hitachi, where they worked in Global Operations from 2012 to 2014.
