Katie Pakenham

Katie Pakenham has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple organizations and roles. Katie started their career at City Year in 1993, where they held various positions, including Project Manager, Events Director, Assistant to the ED, and Corps Member. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at Concord Academy as the Director of CA Ventures and Associate Director of Alumni Affairs and Major Gifts Officer. In 2005, Katie co-founded Commongood Careers and served as the Director of Client Services until 2010. During the same period, from 2010 to 2015, they held the role of Director, Network Engagement at New Profit Inc. Katie also briefly worked at The Boston Foundation as the Director of Civic Engagement and Strategy for the Haiti Fund in February 2010. Since October 2015, Katie has been working at CIC (formerly known as Cambridge Innovation Center) in the Talent Acquisition and Development Strategy role.

Katie Pakenham attended Concord Academy from 1984 to 1988. Katie then pursued their Bachelor's degree at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1988 to 1993, majoring in an unspecified field of study.
