Sarajane Blair has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sarajane currently serves as the Director of Client Development & Partnerships at CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked with Mt Airy CDC as the Interim Executive Director from May 2021 to March 2022, and as the Director of Strategic Initiatives from October 2019 to May 2021.

Before their time at Mt Airy CDC, Sarajane served as the Executive Director at Fairmount Community Development Corporation from July 2018 to May 2021. Sarajane also has experience working with Mt Airy USA, where they held the positions of Managing Director from March 2016 to July 2018, and Community Development Associate from May 2015 to March 2016.

Sarajane's earlier experiences include roles such as Culinary Literacy Assessment Specialist at the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation from October 2014 to May 2015, Center Coordinator at Literacy Partners from October 2012 to December 2013, and Case Manager at the Center for the Integration and Advancement of New Americans (CIANA) from April 2012 to October 2012.

Sarajane began their professional career as a Production Assistant at multiple media companies from September 2011 to April 2012. Sarajane also worked as a Fulbright Grantee for the U.S. Department of State, where they developed and implemented an English course for university students, served as an English teaching assistant for fourth and fifth grade students, and provided informal English classes to community members at the American Corner from September 2010 to May 2011.

In addition, Sarajane has experience as a Group Leader with the Student Conservation Association, where they taught high school students to build and refurbish trails in Pittsburgh City Parks and provided job training assistance from June 2010 to August 2010.

Sarajane Blair earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development from Colby College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Sarajane then pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration at the University of Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, in 2009, they attended the School for International Training and the University of Pittsburgh for unspecified durations. In 2006, Sarajane briefly studied at the Université de Bourgogne.
