Victor Huang

Victor Huang is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Vice President of M&A at CICC, where Victor heads the Financial Sponsors Team. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director at CEC Capital, specializing in TMT and Consumer sectors, and Investment Director at Suning, focusing on strategic investments and M&A. Victor also held the position of Executive Director at The Hina Group, working on private placements and M&As in TMT. Prior to these roles, experience includes serving as a Structured Finance Professional at GE Capital and as an Analytic Consulting Professional at Nielsen. Victor holds a Master's degree in Financial Risk Management from the ICMA Centre, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics from Queen Mary University of London, and is currently pursuing an investment course at Peking University's Guanghua School of Management.
