Marisa Boss is a seasoned professional in supply chain and purchasing management, currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain at Ciccio Restaurant Group since January 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Purchasing at Fresh Kitchen and various leadership positions at Boar's Head Brand, including Director of Purchasing & Animal Welfare and Corporate Animal Welfare Manager. Marisa's foundational experience includes roles as a Buyer and Raw Material Buyer and Specification Analyst within the same company, where responsibilities encompassed procurement, specification development, and supplier training. Previous experience also includes a background as a Certified Ultrasound Technician and a Research & Teaching Assistant at the University of Florida, focusing on meat science, where Marisa coached meat judging teams and conducted industry-related research. Marisa holds a Master of Science in Animal Science with a focus on Meat Science and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science specializing in Beef Cattle, both obtained from the University of Florida.
