Rory Brosius

Rory Brosius is an experienced leader in social impact and advocacy, currently serving as a Partner at Cicero® since May 2023. Previously, Rory held the role of Executive Director and Special Assistant to the President for the Joining Forces initiative at The White House from January 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included strategic vision for supporting military families and veterans. As the Founder and Principal of Brosius Consulting from March 2018 to January 2021, Rory provided strategic guidance to clients on corporate social responsibility and social impact. Other notable positions include Military Families Advisor at the Biden Foundation, Vice President at ScoutComms, and Deputy Director for Joining Forces at The White House. Rory's early career included social work at Casa de Amparo and mentoring roles within Big Brothers Big Sisters. Rory holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Clemson University.
