Brooke White

Brooke White has been part of the Child’s Play team since 2011 as an occupational therapist. She now serves as the Director of Clinical Operations for the Hoover and Chelsea locations. Brooke graduated from UAB in 1991 with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She began her career with adults but started working with children in 2000 and has loved every minute of it. Brooke’s experience includes treating children with a sensory processing disorder, autism, and feeding challenges. She previously worked in Tennessee in a public school system and in an inclusive preschool with an outpatient clinic. Brooke has additional training in sensory processing, Wilbarger Protocol, Interactive Metronome, Integrative Listening Systems, Handwriting Without Tears, and the Sequential Oral Sensory feeding program.
