Donata Duffy

When her father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, Donata Duffy encountered a maze of difficulty trying to find services for him. It was through this struggle that she first heard about CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions.

“It was my father’s passing before being able to receive services that drives me to garnering partnerships so people will know about CICOA sooner rather than later,” she said.

As vice president of business development, today Donata is focused on diversifying revenue streams, creating opportunities for innovation, improving ease of access, and expanding CICOA’s service lines.

After earning her degree from IUPUI, she worked with Aftercare for Indiana through Mentoring (AIM), Lutheran Child and Family Services, and the City of Indianapolis.

In 2010 Donata joined CICOA in a pre-admission screening position. She served as a managed care options counselor and led the healthcare collaborations department before being promoted to her current position in early 2023.

In her spare time, Donata enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, dancing and trying new foods.
