Nancy Carpenter

Nancy Carpenter is the Director of Board Relations at CICOA. Nancy has over ten years of customer service experience.

Nancy started their customer service career as a Payment Dispute Coordinator at Herlache Enterprises from August 2009 to September 2011. As the primary customer service provider for a major U.S. oil company, Nancy was responsible for resolving payment disputes for customers. Nancy fielded phone calls, processed gift card reimbursements, and designed and implemented mail merge procedures for gift card fulfillment.

In March 2011, Nancy's family relocated and they began telecommuting until September 2011. In September 2011, Nancy joined CICOA as the Director of Board Relations. In this role, Nancy is responsible for managing the board of directors, developing relationships with board members, and executing the board's vision.

Nancy Carpenter has a Bachelor's degree in Media Communications from Governors State University.

Their manager is Tauhric Brown, President & CEO. They are on a team with Chelsea Neulieb - Director of Meals & More, Sarah Moore - Director of Options Counseling, and Dustin Ziegler - VP of Clinical Integration & Engagement.
