Courtney Hodges

Courtney Hodges, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the People Experience Director at CID Design Group since January 2023. Previously, Courtney held the position of Head of People & Culture at XD Agency from February 2014 to January 2023, focusing on developing and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, training managers, and aligning human resources strategies with company objectives. Courtney's early career involved hands-on, community-focused roles in the non-profit sector, with experiences including building homes in Appalachia, teaching in Thailand, leading fundraising efforts, and advocating for social justice. Courtney holds a Continuing Education certificate in Human Resources Management from Emory University, a Master of Divinity with a focus on Urban Studies from Mercer University's McAfee School of Theology, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Religion from the University of the Cumberlands.
