Tiago Souza started their work experience as an Auxiliar de cobrança at LG CONTACT CENTER in May 2019, where they worked until April 2020. Tiago then joined 300 Franchising Exponencial as an Inside Sales - Closer from August 2020 to October 2022. In February 2023, Tiago became a Consultor de novos negócios at Multiplike Gestora de Recursos, a position they held until May 2023. Currently, they work at Cidadania4u (Cidadania Italiana e Portuguesa) as an Inside Sales, starting in July 2023.

Tiago Souza completed their Ensino Médio (high school) at EEB Carmem Seara Leite before the year 2012.
