Elizabeth Abelovski

Elizabeth Abelovski has a diverse work experience spanning various scientific research and internship roles. Elizabeth started their career as a Booking Assistant at MA's Books from January 2005 to September 2011. Elizabeth then worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of California, San Diego in April 2012. Afterwards, they were a Student Assistant Researcher, specializing in Immunology, at Pfizer from June 2012 to June 2013. Elizabeth interned as a Medicinal Chemistry Intern at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from June 2013 to September 2013. Elizabeth also gained experience as an Analytical Chemistry Intern at HP from June 2014 to September 2014. Furthermore, they served as a Dermatology Research Intern at Convoy Therapeutics (via Janssen Labs) from October 2014 to January 2015. Currently, they are working at Cidara Therapeutics, where they first served as a Research Associate in Immunology from November 2015 to August 2018. Elizabeth then progressed to the role of Senior Research Associate in Immunology from August 2018 to February 2022. Presently, they serve as an Associate Scientist at Cidara Therapeutics, starting from February 2022.

Elizabeth Abelovski attended Escondido Charter from 2006 to 2010. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Chemistry at UC San Diego from 2010 to 2015.
