Marian Szkudlarek

Marian Szkudlarek has extensive work experience in research and development, strategy and innovation, and project management. Marian began their career in 2000 as a Product Development Specialist at Chespa Farby Graficzne. Marian then joined RWTH Aachen University as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter before moving to DSM in 2006. At DSM, they held various roles including R&D Project Coordinator, Expertise Manager for Advanced Composites, R&D Manager for Advanced Synthesis & Composites, and Project Director. In 2017, they joined CIECH Group as the Deputy Director of Strategy and Innovation and Head of R&D Resins, and later became the Vice President of R&D in 2018.

Marian Szkudlarek completed a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry at The Silesian University of Technology from 1995 to 2000. Later, from 2003 to 2006, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Polymer Chemistry at RWTH Aachen University.
