Aishwarya Sarath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at CIEL HR since October 2015, Aishwarya excels in client requirements analysis, critical client relations, and hands-on handling of senior-level mandates. With a background in recruiting across FMCG, Engineering, and Logistics sectors, Aishwarya manages a team of recruiters while ensuring seamless candidate placement and connection post-placement. Previously, Aishwarya worked at Reliance from July 2008 to November 2011 as a Manager, overseeing Process Safety Management activities and conducting consequence analysis for the Vinyl Chloride Monomer plant. Aishwarya holds a Post Graduate Certification in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur.
