Deepesh Bose

Deepesh Bose has a solid work experience in the recruitment and sales field. Deepesh is currently working as the Head of Recruitment and RPO for Deccan at CIEL HR. Prior to that, they were the Regional Sales Head at NLB Services from October 2020 to September 2021. Deepesh also worked at PeopleNow- A Quess Company, where they held roles as Senior Manager Sales from June 2018 to July 2020, and Manager Client Development, RPO & Operations from October 2017 to June 2018. Deepesh also has experience at IKYA Human Capital Solutions Ltd, where they worked on various projects including RPO, volume hiring, and MSV from September 2013 to October 2017. Deepesh also served as a Key Account Manager-PHL, where they were responsible for regional accountability, client management, and sales and operations for the West Region. Their professional journey started at Tracers India Search Pvt Ltd, where they worked in recruitment from November 2009 to March 2011.

Deepesh Bose completed a Diploma in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management in 2009. From 2005 to 2006, they pursued a PGDM in Photography and Production from Sardar Patel University. Prior to that, they obtained a BSC in Computers/Stats/Networking from Bangalore University, which they completed from 2001 to 2004.
