Ganesh S Padmanabhan has extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Ganesh S worked as the Vice President (Search, Selection & RPO) at CIEL HR from February 2021 to the present. In this role, they provided leadership to the PAN India FTE Hiring Team and developed robust talent acquisition strategies for client organizations. Ganesh S also established and nurtured key client relationships and led large-scale recruitment projects.
Prior to their role at CIEL HR, Ganesh served as the General Manager at CIEL HR from July 2015 to February 2021. Before that, they worked as an Associate Group Manager- Global Accounts at Randstad India Ltd from January 2014 to July 2015. Ganesh S also held the position of Regional Business Head- West at Randstad India from June 2012 to December 2013.
In their earlier career, Ganesh worked as an Area Business Manager- Kerala at Ma Foi Randstad from November 2009 to July 2012. Ganesh S was also the Deputy Center Manager- Cochin at Ma Foi Managment Consultants from February 2007 to October 2009. Ganesh S started their career as a Lecturer at Albertian Institute of Management in July 2006, where they played a role in setting up the college. Ganesh S also worked as a Faculty Member/Placement Coordinator at ICFAI National College, Trichur from December 2004 to July 2006.
Throughout their work experience, Ganesh showcased strong leadership skills, a focus on client satisfaction, and a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Ganesh S has expertise in talent acquisition strategies, recruitment process outsourcing, and building key client relationships.
Ganesh S Padmanabhan pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Vishweshwaraiah Technological University, Belgaum, from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Tourism) from the University of Calicut at St. Thomas College.
