Rafael Garzon has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Rafael began their career in 1995 at Nortel, where they held multiple roles in finance, product and channel marketing, contract and project management. In 2002, they joined Ryder System Inc as an IT Infrastructure Manager. From 2006 to 2019, they worked at Citrix, where they held various roles, including VP/Managing Director Americas Partners, Senior Director/Director Americas Sales Strategy, Enablement and Readiness, and Sales Director NOLA. In 2019, they joined CIELO Enterprise Solutions as Vice President Customer Growth, where they built CIELO's world-class enterprise platform and go-to-market plan. That same year, they also joined Trintals as a Customer Development Advisor and The Venture Mentoring Team as a Certified Mentor.
Rafael Garzon has a diverse educational background. Rafael obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Rafael then earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, with a focus in Telecommunications and International Business. Rafael also holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems, General from Florida International University. Additionally, they have completed the Strategic Leader Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
