Erwin Aristedes Jr. Lira

Erwin Aristedes Jr. Lira is a Specialized Talent Administrator and Coordinator for Bassett Healthcare at Cielo Talent since August 2019, where responsibilities include supporting the talent acquisition process and facilitating recruitment activities. Previously, Erwin served as an Interview Specialist Level II, conducting phone interviews to pre-qualify candidates. Erwin also worked as an Interviewing Specialist at Williams Lea from January 2022 to January 2023 and contributed to UNICEF Philippines as a Face to Face Fundraiser from October 2018 to March 2019, being part of the inaugural in-house fundraising team. Erwin holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies with a focus on Tourism Management from San Beda College Alabang, obtained in 2018.
