Marco Abato is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in the talent acquisition sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Employer Brand, Digital and Communications at Cielo Talent since June 2018, Marco leads a strategic consulting practice aimed at helping global clients enhance their talent acquisition initiatives. Previous roles include Vice President of North America Brand, Digital & Communications and Global Digital Director at Cielo Talent, as well as Vice President of Client Strategy at Bayard Advertising and Hodes. Marco's career began at Bernard Hodes Group, where responsibilities spanned from Account Coordinator to Director of Client Services. Marco holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
