Dana Kean

Dana Kean has extensive experience in optical systems and engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager of Systems Design Architecture Engineering at Ciena since September 2013, where responsibilities include integrating coherent optical modules with various hosts, including third-party routers. Previously, Dana held multiple roles at Nortel from May 2000 to June 2010, including Senior SVT/PV Engineer Software Systems, Product Verification Engineer, and Verification Engineer. Dana earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Management Option from the University of Ottawa between 1996 and 2000.
