Dmitry Shmoys

Dmitry Shmoys is an experienced executive in total rewards, mobility, and HR analytics, currently serving as Vice President at Ciena since August 2022, overseeing $3B in people spend for 160,000 employees. Previously, Dmitry held the position of Vice President at Flex, managing total rewards and mobility for a global workforce in a company generating $25B in revenue, and at Integer Holdings Corporation, where responsibilities included global total rewards for a $1.5B medical device company. Dmitry advanced through leadership roles at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, beginning as Director of Executive Compensation before becoming Vice President, and developed expertise in executive compensation as a consultant with Willis Towers Watson and Exequity. Dmitry's earlier career included financial analysis and engineering roles at Raytheon. Dmitry holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Irvine, and a BS in Engineering from the University of Rochester.
