Gautam Billa

Gautam Billa serves as the Vice President of International Sales Engineering at Ciena, a position held since July 2011, after progressing through roles including Senior Director of System Engineering, both internationally and in India. Prior experience includes serving as a CSE in Advanced Services at Cisco Systems, a Lead Engineer at Tejas Networks, and a Team Lead for Network Technical Support at Nortel. At Reliance Communications, Gautam Billa worked as a Lab Validation Engineer focusing on optical networks. Academic credentials feature a B.E. in Engineering from Ramro Adik Institute of Technology and completion of an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School in 2016.
