Hiep Mai Xuan

Hiep Mai Xuan is a seasoned professional in the field of networking and security, currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at Ciena since May 2020. Prior to this role, Hiep was a Networking and Security Solution Consultant at ELCOM from May 2015 to May 2020, and an IP Core Network Engineer at FPT Telecom from June 2014 to January 2015. Hiep holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, where studies were completed between 2009 and 2014.
