Mahadevan Pattabiraman

Mahadevan Pattabiraman is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in networking and telecommunications. Currently serving as an Engineer at Arista Networks since June 2023, Mahadevan has held various prominent positions, including Principal Engineer at Ciena, Senior Technical Leader at Ericsson, and Staff Engineer at Juniper Networks. Key contributions include the design of complex multi-dimensional proof of concepts, high-scale platform testing, and quality assurance for various technologies such as VPLS, L3VPN, and MPLS. Earlier roles at Cisco Systems, CSS, Verizon, and Sify involved network configuration, maintenance support, and customer escalation handling. Mahadevan holds a Master’s degree in Software Architecture from BITS Pilani and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Madras.
