Shahram Rahimkhani

Shahram Rahimkhani is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in technical support and network engineering. Currently serving as a Global Technical Support Specialist at Ciena since April 2021, Shahram has previously held roles at Ericsson, including Network Support Engineer and Transport Engineer, where responsibilities involved analyzing customer issues, network optimization, and support for existing networks. Shahram's experience also includes working as a Transport Engineer at Nokia and Access Network Implementation Engineer at Ericsson, focusing on transmission planning and site installations. Shahram holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology and various certifications from Champlain College Saint-Lambert and Cisco Networking Academy.
