Greg Giese has over 40 years of work experience in the machinery and equipment industry. Greg is currently the Director Aftersales Support at CIFA - Concrete Machinery. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Service at Ligchine. Before that, they held various managerial roles at Putzmeister America, Inc., including Manager - Service, Training, & Warranty and Manager - Technical Service and Warranty Administration. Greg also worked at Getman Corporation as a Customer Support Manager and at Sany America as a Concrete Pump Product Specialist. Greg began their career at Simon Aerials Inc. as a Second Shift Leadman. Overall, they have extensive experience in customer support, technical services, and aftersales support in the machinery industry.
