Richard Owen

Richard Owen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital learning and training. Currently serving as the Head of Digital Learning and Head of Product for learning at Cifas since May 2021, Richard is focused on building and delivering innovative learning propositions. Previously, as the Director of Learning at the Chartered Insurance Institute from September 2012 to December 2020, Richard managed digital learning products and led a diverse team involved in product development and training solutions. Richard's earlier roles include Product Manager for online learning at the CII, where significant advancements in e-learning libraries were achieved, and Consultant at Ageas Protect, responsible for developing a robust learning and development framework. Richard also held the position of Head of Training and Consultancy at Vocalink, where foundational training programs were established for a large number of UK companies during a pivotal transition from a non-profit to a commercial entity.
