David Evan Harris

David Evan Harris is a Chancellor's Public Scholar at the University of California, Berkeley and serves as a Senior Research Fellow at ICSI. David Evan is also a Senior Advisor at Brennan Center for Justice, Senior Policy Advisor at California Initiative of Technology and Democracy, Senior Fellow at CIGI, Affiliate Scholar at CITRIS and the Banatao Institute, Senior Advisor at Psychology of Technology Institute, Faculty at UC Berkeley Executive Education, and Founder of the Global Lives Project. Additionally, David Evan was a Visiting Fellow at Integrity Institute. David holds a BA in Political Economy of Development & Environment from UC Berkeley, an MS in Sociology from USP, and studied abroad in Global Ecology.
