Jim Hinton

Jim Hinton is an Intellectual Property Lawyer, Patent Agent, and Trademark Agent with extensive experience in the field. Jim is the Founder of Own Innovation, Co-Founder of Innovation Asset Collective, and also holds positions as an Assistant Professor at Western University and a Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI). Jim has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University.
