Susan Aaronson

Senior Fellow at Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI)

Susan Aaronson is currently a Research Professor and Cross-Disciplinary Fellow at George Washington University, where Susan also serves as the Director of the Digital Trade + Data Governance Hub. Susan is involved in developing and teaching courses, as well as conducting research on digital trade, human rights, governance, and corruption. Additionally, Susan holds positions as a Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation and as a Minerva Faculty Research Fellow Chair at the National War College. With a Ph.D. in Economic History from The Johns Hopkins University, Susan Aaronson has a strong background in academia and research related to digital trade issues, human rights, and corruption.
