Ferhat Karaboga

Ferhat Karaboga serves as the Production and Planning Manager at Cigkoftem since April 2022, responsible for production planning, management of job orders, and overseeing storage processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating domestic and international orders with raw material and stock management, creating daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety rules. Prior to this, Ferhat held positions as a Food Engineer at Ülker and Metaş Gıda, and as a Shift Production Responsible at Kent Boringer, where duties involved maintaining production standards, quality control, and managing staff efficiency. Ferhat's early career included roles as a Project Manager at Bekard Gıda and internships in food safety and quality control. Ferhat earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Sivas Cumhuriyet University from 2010 to 2015.
