Ahmed abu Hulaigah

Ahmed Abu Hulaigah has a extensive work experience in the field of compliance. Ahmed began their career in 2012 as a Compliance Specialist at MEDGULF for Insurance and Reinsurance. Ahmed then worked at Aon as an Assistant Compliance Officer from 2014 to 2015, before being promoted to Compliance Officer from 2015 to 2016. Ahmed then joined Marsh as a Compliance Manager from 2016 to 2018, and later as Compliance Manager - AVP from 2018 to 2018. Ahmed then joined Tawuniya as an AML & Compliance Reporting Manager from 2018 to 2019. Ahmed then worked at Gulf Union Al Ahlia Cooperative Insurance CO. as the Head of Compliance from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Compliance at Cigna Healthcare, starting from 2023.

Ahmed Abu hulaigah obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Kalamoon in Damascus, Syria, from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Accounting at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, from 2003 to 2007. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Ahmed completed a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Regulation at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. Moreover, in the same period, they also obtained another Master's degree in Banking & Financial Regulations from Macquarie University.
