Ami Bhatt

Ami Bhatt, Pharm D, MBA, is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Service and Operations at Cigna Healthcare since May 2025. Previously, Ami held the position of Vice President of Quality, Clinical Services and Operations at Carelon, overseeing the development of clinical strategies for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial services. Prior roles include Vice President of Clinical Services at Elevance Health and Sr. Director II of Health and Wellness Operations at Walmart, where responsibilities included managing pharmacy, optical, and clinic operations across multiple regions and a significant P&L.
