Bratavia Bobo, MBA, has over seven years of experience in the healthcare and service industries. Currently serving as a Provider Contracting Lead Analyst at Cigna since October 2016, Bratavia has also held roles as Network Operations Analyst, Network Operations Specialist, and Medical Customer Service Advocate. Prior to Cigna, Bratavia worked as a Sales Associate at Sears Appliance And Hardware Store and served as a Spanish Teacher for an after-school program at YMCA of the USA.
