Bryan Holgerson

Bryan Holgerson was appointed President, U.S. Commercial for Cigna HealthcareSM in January 2024. In this role, he leads the company’s U.S. employer group business market and product strategy, sales, solutions, network partnerships, and performance initiatives.

Prior to this, Bryan served as President, National Accounts, which serves employers with more than 3,000 employees, and Chief Underwriting Officer, U.S. Commercial, responsible for the business’s portfolio management financial strategy.

Bryan began his career with Cigna Healthcare in 2001. During his tenure, he has held a variety of leadership roles in National Accounts and Underwriting and served as Market President for Georgia and Alabama.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of Hartford.
