Enkeleda Duka

Enkeleda Duka has a comprehensive work experience history. Enkeleda started their career as an Assistant Vice President Treasury at the American Bank of Albania in 1998 and worked there until 2004. In 2005, they took on a role as a Graduate Intern at Liberty Mutual Insurance. From 2006 onwards, they joined Cigna and held various positions, including Senior Finance Specialist, Finance Manager, Project Director, and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Their most recent role at Cigna is Finance Managing Director, Pharmacy.

Enkeleda Duka holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Boston College Carroll School of Management, which they earned between 2004 and 2006. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tirana. In June 2021, Duka also completed the KPMG Executive Leadership Institute for Women certification program offered by KPMG.
