Jacqueline Chappell, MA, is a seasoned marketing and communications leader with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of US Field Marketing at Cigna since May 2022, Jacqueline previously held the position of Director for National Accounts at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina from August 2020 to May 2022. Jacqueline's extensive background includes a significant role as the Administrative Director of Business Operations at Palmetto Health-USC Medical Group, where responsibilities included overseeing mergers, practice integration, and leading patient experience initiatives. Prior to that, roles spanned from Director of Physician Relations and Integration to various marketing management positions at Palmetto Health, focusing on building physician partnerships and enhancing patient engagement. Jacqueline holds both a Master’s degree in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of South Carolina.
