Jennifer Pruett

Jennifer Pruett has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and communications. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Cigna, a role they have been in since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at Cigna from January 2019 to July 2022. Before joining Cigna, Jennifer worked at Express Scripts where they held the positions of Sr. Director, HR Communications from March 2016 to January 2019, and Director, Human Resources Communications from July 2014 to March 2016. Jennifer also has previous experience as the Senior Vice President - Internal Communications at Fleishman-Hillard from February 2010 to June 2014, and as the Internal Communications Manager at The Solae Company from August 2007 to February 2010. Jennifer started their career as the Marketing & Communications Manager at the Girl Scout Council of Greater St. Louis from June 2006 to August 2007.

Jennifer Pruett completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Truman State University, which they attended from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Collinsville High School from 1996 to 1999. Later on, Jennifer pursued further studies and earned an MBA degree in International Business from Saint Louis University, which they attended from 2008 to 2010.
